Common use of FURTHER ASSURANCE AND ATTORNEY Clause in Contracts

FURTHER ASSURANCE AND ATTORNEY. 6.1 On and after Completion, the Vendors shall, at the request of the Purchaser, do and execute or procure to be done and executed all such acts, deeds, documents and things as may be necessary to give effect to this agreement (including, but not limited to, the entering into of an investment agreement in respect of the Purchaser in substantially similar form to the Investment Agreement).
