Common use of Further Assurance: General Clause in Contracts

Further Assurance: General. (a) The covenant set out in Section 2(1)(b) of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Xxx 0000 shall extend to include the obligations set out in Clause 6.1(B) below.
