Common use of Further Assurances and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Further Assurances and Documentation. During and after Executive’s employment, Executive shall, for no additional consideration, reasonably cooperate with the Company to (i) apply for, obtain, perfect, and transfer to the Company the Employment Creations and Post-Employment Creations and any intellectual property rights therein in any jurisdiction in the world; and (ii) maintain, protect, and enforce the same, including, without limitation, executing and delivering to the Company such formal transfers and assignments, applications, oaths, declarations, affidavits, waivers, and such other documents as the Company may request to permit the Company (or its designee) to file and prosecute such registration applications and other documents it deems useful to protect or enforce its rights under this Agreement. The Company will pay all of Executive’s reasonable expenses in connection with this cooperation. ​
