Further Assurances and Preservation of Security. Borrower will perform all acts and execute all documents for the better and more effective carrying out of the intent and purposes of this Agreement as LHC shall reasonably require from time to time, and will perform such other acts necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the collateral at any time securing or intending to secure the Note as LHC may reasonably require.
