Common use of Further Assurances Concerning Collateral Clause in Contracts

Further Assurances Concerning Collateral. In furtherance of the foregoing, Borrower hereby agrees to perform, or cause to be performed, such acts and duly to authorize, execute, acknowledge, deliver, file and record (or cause such actions to be taken with respect to) such financing statements, assignments, security agreements, deeds of trust, mortgages, bond powers and supplements, modifications or amendments to any of them, and such other papers as the Lender may reasonably request in order to establish and preserve the priority of, perfect and protect the Liens granted or intended to be granted to the Lender in and to any and all such Collateral and to preserve and protect the Lender’s rights in respect of all present and future Collateral for the Obligations.

In furtherance of the foregoing, Borrower Xxxxxxxx hereby agrees to perform, or cause to be performed, such acts and duly to authorize, execute, acknowledge, deliver, file and record (or cause such actions to be taken with respect to) such financing statements, assignments, security agreements, deeds of trust, mortgages, bond powers and supplements, modifications or amendments to any of them, and such other papers as the Lender may reasonably request in order to establish and preserve the priority of, perfect and protect the Liens granted or intended to be granted to the Lender in and to any and all such Collateral and to preserve and protect the Lender’s rights in respect of all present and future Collateral for the Obligations.

In furtherance of the foregoing, Borrower the Borrowers (i) hereby agrees agree to perform, or cause to be performed, such acts and duly to authorize, execute, acknowledge, deliver, file and record (or cause such actions to be taken with respect to) such financing statements, assignments, security agreements, deeds of trust, mortgages, bond powers and supplements, modifications or amendments to any of them, and such other papers as the Lender may reasonably request in order to establish and preserve the priority of, perfect and protect the Liens granted or intended to be granted to the Lender in and to any and all such Collateral and to preserve and protect the Lender’s 's rights in respect of all present and future Collateral for the Obligations.
