Further Assurances Concerning Collateral. In furtherance of the foregoing, Xxxxxxxx hereby agrees to perform, or cause to be performed, such acts and duly to authorize, execute, acknowledge, deliver, file and record (or cause such actions to be taken with respect to) such financing statements, assignments, security agreements, deeds of trust, mortgages, bond powers and supplements, modifications or amendments to any of them, and such other papers as Administrative Agent may reasonably request in order to establish and preserve the priority of, perfect and protect the Liens granted or intended to be granted to Administrative Agent in and to any and all such Collateral and to preserve and protect the Administrative Agent’s rights in respect of all present and future Collateral for the Obligations. Xxxxxxxx hereby consents to and agrees to cooperate with facilitating Administrative Agent contacting the Agency regarding Xxxxxxxx’s status with Agency and the performance of the Collateral.
