Common use of Further Assurances; Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Further Assurances; Cooperation. Subordinated Creditor agrees to cooperate with Senior Creditor and to take all actions that Senior Creditor may reasonably require to enable Senior Creditor to realize the full benefits of this Agreement.

Further Assurances; Cooperation. Subject to Section 16.b hereof, Subordinated Creditor agrees to cooperate with Senior Creditor and to take all actions that Senior Creditor may reasonably require to enable Senior Creditor to realize the full benefits of this Agreement.

Each Intra-Group Lender and the Company and each other Loan Party, agree that each of them shall take such further action and shall execute and deliver such additional documents and instruments (in recordable form, if requested) as the Senior Creditor may reasonably request to effectuate the terms of and the lien priorities contemplated by this Agreement.
