Further Assurances/Estoppel Certificates. To further assure Mortgagee's rights under this Mortgage, Mortgagor agrees upon demand of Mortgagee to do any act or execute any additional documents (including, but not limited to, security agreements on any personalty included or to be included in the Mortgaged Property and a separate assignment of each Lease in recordable form) as may be required by Mortgagee to confirm the lien of this Mortgage and all other rights or benefits conferred on Mortgagee. Mortgagor, within 5 business days after request, shall deliver, in form and substance satisfactory to Mortgagee, a written statement, duly acknowledged, setting forth the amount of the Indebtedness, and whether any offsets, claims, counterclaims or defenses exist against the Indebtedness and certifying as to such other matters as Mortgagee shall reasonably request.
