Further Assurances; Receivership and Other Proceedings. 16.1 Upon Xxxxxx’s request, Borrower shall execute any documents or instruments Lender may request, for the purpose of providing further evidence of this Assignment, to carry out the intent and terms of this Assignment, to evidence other amounts that may become payable from Borrower to Lender as referred to in this Assignment, or to accomplish any other purpose deemed appropriate by Xxxxxx.
