Further Assurances Required. At any time and from time to time, upon the Administrative Agent's request, CIT Holdings and CIT will promptly execute and deliver such documents and instruments and take such further actions as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request to effect the purposes of this Assumption Agreement, at their respective cost and expense.
