Further Assurances; Securitization Cooperation. The Mortgage Loan Seller agrees to execute and deliver such instruments and take such actions as the Purchaser may, from time to time, reasonably request in order to effectuate the purpose and to carry out the terms of this Agreement and to effectuate the securitization of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and to carry out its obligations under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
