Further Assurances; Severability. The Borrower and each other Loan Party agrees to take all further actions and execute all further documents as the Lender may from time to time reasonably request to carry out the transactions contemplated by this Amendment and all other agreements executed and delivered in connection herewith. Any provision of this Amendment that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
