Common use of Further Assurances; Supplements Clause in Contracts

Further Assurances; Supplements. (a) The Company and each Pledgor agree that from time to time, at the expense of such Person, it will promptly execute and deliver all further instruments and documents, and take all further action that may be necessary or desirable, or that the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, in order to perfect the Liens granted or purported to be granted hereby or to enable the Administrative Agent to exercise and enforce its rights and remedies hereunder. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company and each Pledgor will execute and deliver to Administrative Agent such financing or continuation statements, or amendments thereto, and such other instruments, endorsements or notices, as may be necessary or desirable, or as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, in order to perfect and preserve the Liens granted or purported to be granted hereby.
