Common use of Further Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Further Authorizations. The Mayor, or his 15 designee, and the Corporation Secretary, are hereby authorized to 16 execute the Agreement and all other contracts and documents and 17 otherwise take all necessary action in connection therewith and 18 herewith. The Chief Executive Officer of the DIA, as contract 19 administrator, is authorized to negotiate and execute all necessary 20 changes and amendments to the Agreement and other contracts and 21 documents, to effectuate the purposes of this Ordinance, without 22 further Council action, provided such changes and amendments are 23 limited to amendments that are technical in nature (as described in 24 Section 2 hereof), and further provided that all such amendments 25 shall be subject to appropriate legal review and approval by the 26 General Counsel, or his or her designee, and all other appropriate 27 official action required by law.

Further Authorizations. The Mayor, or his 15 22 designee, and the Corporation Secretary, are hereby authorized to 16 23 execute and deliver the Amended and Restated Agreement and all other 24 contracts and documents and 17 otherwise take all necessary action in 25 connection therewith and 18 herewith. The Chief Executive Officer Director of the DIAOED, 26 as contract 19 administrator, is authorized to negotiate and execute all 27 necessary 20 changes and amendments to the Amended and Restated Agreement 28 and other contracts and 21 documents, to effectuate the purposes of this Ordinance29 Resolution, without 22 further Council action, provided such changes and 30 amendments are 23 limited to amendments that are technical in nature (as 31 described in 24 Section 2 hereof), and further provided that all such 1 amendments 25 shall be subject to appropriate legal review and approval 2 by the 26 General CounselXxxxxxx, or his or her designee, and all other 3 appropriate 27 official action required by law.

The Chief Executive Officer of the DIA, as 31 contract 19 administrator, is authorized to negotiate and execute all 1 necessary 20 changes and amendments to the Amended Redevelopment 2 Agreement and other contracts and 21 documents, to effectuate the 3 purposes of this Ordinance, without 22 further Council action, 4 provided such changes and amendments are 23 limited to amendments that 5 are technical in nature (as described in 24 Section 2 hereof), and 6 further provided that all such amendments 25 shall be subject to 7 appropriate legal review and approval by the 26 General Counsel, or 8 his or her designee, and all other appropriate 27 official action 9 required by law.

The Chief Executive Officer of 27 the DIA, as contract 19 administrator, is authorized to negotiate and 28 execute all necessary 20 changes and amendments to the Amendment and 29 the Supplemental Agreement and other contracts and 21 documents, to 30 effectuate the purposes of this Ordinance, without 22 further Council 31 action, provided such changes and amendments are 23 limited to 1 amendments that are technical in nature (as described in 24 Section 2 2 hereof), ) and further provided that all such amendments 25 shall be 3 subject to appropriate legal review and approval by the 26 General 4 Counsel, or his or her designee, and all other appropriate 27 official 5 action required by law.
