Common use of Further Covenants of the Authority Clause in Contracts

Further Covenants of the Authority. (a) The Authority shall cause, subject to Section 4.17 hereof, this Indenture and all supplements hereto and thereto, together with all other security instruments and financing statements, to be recorded and filed, as the case may be, if required by law for perfection of the security interests created herein, in such manner and in such places as may be required by law in order to perfect the lien of, and the security interests created by, this Indenture. The Authority hereby irrevocably authorizes the Trustee to file any and all financing statements and amendments thereto as may be required or advisable in such form as is necessary in order to perfect or to continue the perfection of the security interest in the Trust Estate, in each case, on behalf of the Authority, which continuation statements the Trustee agrees to file as provided herein. The Authority shall promptly notify the Trustee of any change in its name or in the address of its principal place of business.
