Further Dealings. Any dealing by or between the parties after the date of expiration or prior termination of this Agreement shall not constitute a renewal of this Agreement or the creation of a new agreement, but shall nevertheless be controlled by the terms hereof.
Further Dealings. If the Parties continue dealing in relation to Products after the Term of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall continue to govern such dealing, on a month to month basis, except that the Distributor shall have no right to make further orders under this Agreement.
