Common use of Further Definitions Clause in Contracts

Further Definitions. For the purpose of this AGREEMENT and the ROYALTY OFFSET AGREEMENT and as such terms are used in Sections 1.15 (NET SALES definition) and Section 4 of this AGREEMENT, the term PRODUCT shall mean any and all PATENT PRODUCT and ACCESSORY PRODUCT and the term PROCESS shall mean any and all PATENT PROCESS and ACCESSORY PROCESS.
