Further Development Information. Seller shall provide to Buyer such other information regarding the permitting, engineering, construction or operations of the Plant as Buyer may from time to time reasonably request, subject to licensing or other restrictions of Seller or a third party with respect to confidentiality, disclosure or use; provided, nothing herein shall limit Buyer’s right to agree to confidentiality or sign a confidentiality agreement in connection therewith before acquiring knowledge of such information;
