Common use of Further Duties Clause in Contracts

Further Duties. In all matters relating to the performance of this Contract, Adviser will act in conformity with the Agreement and Declaration of Trust, By-Laws and Registration Statement of the Company and with the instructions and directions of the Board and will comply with the requirements of the 1940 Act, the rules thereunder, and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Further Duties. In all matters relating to the performance of this Contract, the Adviser will act in conformity with the Agreement and Declaration of Trust’s Trust Instrument, By-Laws and Registration Statement of the Company and with all written guidelines, policies and procedures adopted by the instructions Trust and directions of applicable to the Board Funds and will comply with the requirements of the 1940 Act, the Advisers Act, and the rules thereunderunder each, and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
