Further Enforcement Action. In the event Contractor’s non-compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement are not remedied through imposition of Special Conditions, and/or Sanctions, thereby enabling CSD to remove High Risk designation, CSD may initiate further Enforcement Actions involving Contract Suspension, Contract Termination and Termination of Contractor’s designation as eligible entity, which shall be initiated and conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions found in 22 Cal. Code Regs. § 100780 and other applicable State and federal statutes and regulations.
