Common use of Further Execution Clause in Contracts

Further Execution. Upon request of the General Partner from time to time, the Partners shall execute and swear to or acknowledge any amended Certificate of Limited Partnership and any other writing which may be required by any rule or law or which may be appropriate to the effecting of any action by or on behalf of the Partnership or the Partners which has been taken in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
