Further guarantee provisions. The obligations of each Guarantor under clause 16.1 (Guarantee) (the "GUARANTEE OBLIGATIONS"): (a) will remain in full force and effect until all amounts which may be or become payable by any Obligor under or in connection with any Senior Finance Document have been irrevocably paid in full; (b) are in addition to and are not in any way prejudiced by any other security now or subsequently held by any Finance Party; and (c) are subject to any limitation which is contained in the Accession Document by which that Guarantor becomes a Guarantor.
