Further Information; Further Assurances. The Company will, with reasonable promptness, provide to the Purchasers such further assurances and additional information, reports and statements respecting its business, operations, properties and financial condition and respecting its Affiliates and investments, as the Purchasers may from time to time reasonably request. The Company shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to assist each Purchaser with respect to the necessary Securities Act and/or Exchange Act filings with respect to the Purchased Securities at the cost and expense of such Purchaser.
