Further Information; Inspection. (a) Lessee shall provide to Lessor, following Lessor’s written request during the Lease Term (provided that long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, such requests shall be made no more than once per year) and within one hundred eighty (180) days following the Termination Date, a list of the airports to which Lessee has operated the Aircraft during the (i) twelve (12) months preceding such request (or the Termination Date, if applicable). (b) During the Lease Term, Lessee shall furnish to Lessor such other information concerning the location, condition, use, maintenance and operation of the Items of Equipment as Lessor may reasonably request.
