Further Limitations on Employer Matching Contributions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, any Employer Matching Contributions related to a Participant's Excess Deferrals, Excess Contributions and/or Excess Aggregate Contributions shall be forfeited by such Participant and such amounts shall be applied to reduce future Employer Matching Contributions.
