Common use of Further Obligations Clause in Contracts

Further Obligations. In the event that the Company shall terminate Executive's employment under this Agreement for Good Cause, the Company shall have no further obligation to Executive under this Agreement except to pay his Base Compensation and unused vacation earned through the date of termination, on or before the next regularly scheduled pay date after termination and to perform such other obligations as imposed by law.

Further Obligations. In the event that the Company shall terminate Executive's employment under this Agreement for Good Cause, the Company shall have no further obligation to Executive under this Agreement except to pay his Executive's Base Compensation Compensation, auto allowance, if any, and unused vacation earned through the date of termination, on or before the next regularly scheduled pay date after termination and to perform such other obligations as imposed by law.
