(Further Operations During a Force Majeure), if it appears (based upon the Operator's reasonable estimate) that the actual Costs associated with an original AFE or its approved supplemental AFEs will exceed the relevant permitted over-expenditure set forth below, the Operator shall promptly submit a supplemental AFE to the Participating Parties. A supplemental AFE shall include the dollar amount of the permitted over-expenditure from the previously approved AFE as part of the dollar amount of that supplemental AFE. Subject to Article
