Further Opportunity to Cure. A. If an Event of Default of the type specified in Section I.3.1 occurs and the Contractor reasonably believes that such Event of Default cannot be cured within the twenty (20) Days allowed in Section I.3.1 but that such Event of Default can be cured through a diligent, on-going, and conscientious effort on the part of the Contractor, within a reasonable period not to exceed three (3) months, then the Contractor may, within the twenty (20) Day cure period, submit a detailed plan for curing the Event of Default to the Department.
