Further Planning Permissions. (a) Subject to clause 5.4(b) and without prejudice to clause 6 (Consents), Project Co shall obtain at its own cost and risk any further planning permissions which may be required for the performance of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, including pursuant to the Transferred Third Party Functions or the Transferred DCO Functions (a "Further Planning Permission").
