FURTHER PLANNING PERMISSIONS AND DEVELOPMENT CONSENT ORDERS. Nothing in this Deed shall be construed as prohibiting or limiting the rights of the Developer to use or develop any part of the Site or the Off-Site Provision Area in accordance with and to the extent permitted by a certificate of lawful use, planning permission, development consent order or other statutory authority granted either before or after the date of this Deed, other than the Development Consent Order.
