Common use of Further Release of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Further Release of Collateral. Notwithstanding any provision of this Indenture to the contrary, any amounts properly retained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.03, 4.04 and 4.05 of the Assignment and Servicing Agreement are, without further action by the Trustee released from the Lien of this Indenture.
