Common use of Further Requests Clause in Contracts

Further Requests. The Issuer will promptly furnish to the Depositary, the Collateral Agent, the Swap Counterparties and the Rating Agencies such other information as, and in such form as, the Depositary, the Collateral Agent, any Swap Counterparty or the Rating Agencies may reasonably request in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
