FURTHER SUBCONTRACTORS. (A) Subject to the provisions of this section, work constituting the Project may be further subcontracted. The Subcontractor, pursuant to OMB Circular A-110/A-87 and State OMB Circular 93-05 and as a recipient of federal and state funds, is required to comply with all federal and state procurement guidelines. As such, it is understood that the Subcontractor shall ensure that the terms and conditions of proposed subcontracts are in full compliance with such regulations.
