Common use of Further Supply Contract Clause in Contracts

Further Supply Contract. You must not enter into a variation of the Customer's ROL Contract or a replacement contract except: (a) as a consequence of an application referred to in clause 15.3; and (b) unless: (i) SunWater and you have entered into a further supply contract or an amendment to this Agreement on terms acceptable to SunWater in its absolute discretion; and (ii) where the holder of the Resource Operations Licence and the other party to the contract, have entered into a further supply contract or an amendment to the other supply agreement.

You must The Customer shall not enter into a variation of the Customer's ’s ROL Contract or a replacement contract new ROL Contract except: (a) as a consequence of an application referred to in clause 15.317.3; and (b) unless: (i) SunWater and you the Customer have entered into a further supply contract or an amendment to this Agreement on terms acceptable to SunWater in its absolute discretion; and (ii) where the holder of the Resource Operations Licence and the other party to the contract, if any holder have entered into a further supply contract or an amendment to the other supply agreement.
