Property Owner agrees that except for those breaches of this Agreement where herein specified, for each breach of the within Agreement, the Developer or the said Community Association as herein provided, shall be paid the sum of $500.00, and in any event, the Property Owner shall indemnify each the Developer and the said Community Association for and save each of them harmless against any claims, losses, expenses, and costs (including legal costs on a solicitor and client basis) which either of them may sustain or incur either as a result of the Property Owner's breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or in connection with enforcing any term or condition hereof against the Property Owner or in connection with the collection of any amounts due by the Property Owner to either of them pursuant hereto.
