Common use of FURTHER WARRANTY Clause in Contracts

FURTHER WARRANTY. The Contractor warrants that (a) all services shall be performed in conformity with the requirements of this Contract by qualified personnel in accordance with generally recognized standards; and (b) all goods or products furnished pursuant to this Contract shall be free from defects and shall conform to contract requirements. For any item that the Department determines does not conform with the warranty, the Department may arrange to have the item repaired or replaced, either by the Contractor or by a third party at the Department's option, at the Contractor's expense.
