Common use of Future Advances to Grantor Clause in Contracts

Future Advances to Grantor. All other loans and future advances that Beneficiary may now or hereafter make to Grantor, that the Grantor and Beneficiary contemplate may be necessary from time to time. Such future advances, if any, shall be made on such conditions as Grantor and Beneficiary may negotiate, but it is specifically agreed that Beneficiary has not hereby agreed to advance any such additional sums.
