Common use of Future Amendments or Agreements Clause in Contracts

Future Amendments or Agreements. With respect to any amendments to this Lease or the other Operative Documents or any other agreements to be entered into between LESSEE and LESSOR after the date of execution of this Lease in connection with the leasing of the Aircraft, including any amendment to this Lease which may be executed pursuant to Article 14.3 (“Future Agreements”), LESSEE and LESSOR agree that (a) Future Agreements will in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of California (notwithstanding the conflict Laws of the State of California) and (b) LESSEE and LESSOR will irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the Central District of California and the State of California Superior Court in Los Angeles in any suit, action, claim or proceeding seeking to enforce any provision of the Future Agreements,
