Common use of Future Changes to this Arbitration Agreement Clause in Contracts

Future Changes to this Arbitration Agreement. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, if we make any future change to this Arbitration Agreement (other than a change to the Notice Address) while you have a Account, you may reject any such change by sending us written notice within thirty (30) days of the change to the Notice Address. By rejecting any future change, you are agreeing that you will arbitrate any dispute covered by this Arbitration Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Arbitration Agreement as of the date you first accepted this Agreement (or accepted any subsequent changes to this Agreement).
