Future Indebtedness of Grantor. The lien of this Deed of Trust secures, as of the date hereof, without further act, all Obligations of Borrower and Grantor to Collateral Agent and the other Holders, including any and all future loans and advances made by Collateral Agent and the other Holders pursuant to the Indenture to or for the benefit of Borrower or Grantor from time to time hereafter.
