Common use of Future Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Future Interpretation. The provisions of this Article are intended and shall be construed as to fully invoke the provisions of Chapter 28F, Iowa Code, with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and Refunding Bonds by the Board as described herein, and to reflect the full authorization, consent and agreement of the Member Agencies with respect thereto.
