Common use of Future Inventions Clause in Contracts

Future Inventions. The Executive shall assign and convey to the Company, and hereby does assign and convey to the Company, and the Company hereby accepts, all of the Executive's right, title and interest in and to all Future Inventions made or conceived during the Term of this Agreement, and the Executive hereby agrees that he shall, without the payment of royalty or any other consideration to him therefor:
