Future Litigation and Other Proceedings. Each Group shall use all ------------------------------------------- commercially reasonable efforts to make its directors, officers, employees and representatives available as witnesses to another Group and its accountants, counsel and other designated representatives, upon reasonable written request. Additionally, each Group shall otherwise cooperate with the other Groups, to the extent reasonably required in connection with any Action arising out of any Group's business and operations in which the requesting party may be involved.
