Common use of Future Material Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Future Material Subsidiaries. If at any time, a Material Subsidiary or another Subsidiary of the Borrower becomes obligated to provide the Security pursuant to Sections 3.1 and 3.2, the Borrower shall promptly cause that Subsidiary to become an Obligor and deliver the Security as required by Section 3.1 and 3.2.
