Common use of Future Note Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Future Note Guarantors. The Company will cause each Restricted Subsidiary that Guarantees any Bank Indebtedness promptly to execute and deliver to the Trustee a supplemental indenture substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B to this Supplemental Indenture pursuant to which such Restricted Subsidiary will guarantee the Company's obligations under the Indenture and the Notes, in accordance with and as further provided in Article VI of this Supplemental Indenture.

Future Note Guarantors. The Company will cause each Restricted Subsidiary that Guarantees any Bank Indebtedness promptly to execute and deliver to the Trustee a supplemental indenture substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B D to this Supplemental Indenture pursuant to which such Restricted Subsidiary will guarantee the Company's obligations under the Indenture and the Notes, in accordance with and as further provided in Article VI VII of this Supplemental Indenture.

The Company will shall cause each Restricted Significant Subsidiary that which Guarantees any the Bank Indebtedness promptly to execute and deliver to the Trustee a supplemental indenture in substantially in the form set forth in of Exhibit B to this Supplemental Indenture D hereto pursuant to which such Restricted Subsidiary will guarantee Guarantee payment of the Company's obligations under the Indenture and the Notes, in accordance with and as further provided in Article VI of this Supplemental IndentureSecurities.
