Future Procurement Expenses. During the Term and with respect to each Licensed Patent, other than Disclaimed Licensed Patents, the Licensee will be financially responsible for the payment of all Procurement Expenses incurred after the Effective Date. The Licensee shall pay such amounts to UABRF within [**] of receipt of an invoice for the same from UABRF. UABRF shall be responsible for all Procurement Expenses incurred in connection with each Disclaimed Licensed Patent in countries/jurisdictions not designated by the Licensee pursuant to Section 4.1(d) above
