Future Protection Expenses. Beginning [*****] after the Effective Date, or [*****] before the filing of the non-provisional application of a Licensed Patent, whichever is earlier and during the Term and with respect to the Licensed Patents, other than Disclaimed Licensed Patents, the Licensee will be financially responsible for the payment of all Protection Expenses incurred after the Effective Date. The Licensee shall pay such amounts to UABRF within [*****] of receipt of an invoice for the same from UABRF. UABRF shall be responsible for all Protection Expenses incurred in connection with each Disclaimed Licensed Patent in countries/jurisdictions not designated by the Licensee pursuant to Section 4.1(d) above or after the expiration of the notice period referred to in Section 4.1(f) above.
