Common use of Future Real Property Clause in Contracts

Future Real Property. Promptly following its acquisition of any fee simple real property, execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent a deed of trust or mortgage in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent creating a first priority Lien on such real property securing the Obligations, and provide to the Administrative Agent such customary lender's title insurance policies, appraisals, environmental reports and other related documents as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

Future Real Property. Promptly following its acquisition by Borrowers of any fee simple real property, execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent a deed of trust or mortgage in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent creating a first priority Lien on such real property securing the Obligations, and provide to the Administrative Agent such customary lender's title insurance policies, appraisals, environmental reports and other related documents as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
