Future Registered Copyrights. If any Copyright registration is issued hereafter to any Debtor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the appropriate government agency or office in any applicable foreign jurisdiction, within 30 days of receipt of such registration such Debtor shall deliver a copy of such registration, and a grant of security in such Copyright to Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be satisfactory to Collateral Agent.
