Common use of Future Registered Marks Clause in Contracts

Future Registered Marks. If any United States Mark xxxistration issues hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within 30 days of receipt of such certificate, such Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for security in such Mark, xx the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the assignment for security in such Mark xx the Collateral Agent hereunder, the form of such security to be substantially the same as the form hereof.

Future Registered Marks. If any United States Mark xxxistration Xxxx registration issues hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within 30 days of receipt of such certificate, such Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for security in such MarkXxxx, xx to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the assignment for security in such Mark xx Xxxx to the Collateral Agent hereunder, the form of such security to be substantially the same as the form hereof.

Future Registered Marks. If any United States Mark xxxistration issues is issued hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within 30 thirty (30) days of receipt of such certificate, such Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for a grant of security in such Mark, mark xx the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such AssignorAgent, confirming the assignment for security in such Mark xx the Collateral Agent grant thereof hereunder, the form of such security confirmatory grant to be substantially satisfactory to the same as the form hereofCollateral Agent.

If any United States Mark xxxistration issues hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within 30 thirty (30) days of receipt of such certificate, certificate such Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for a grant of security in such Mark, mark xx the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such AssignorAgent, confirming the assignment for security in such Mark xx the Collateral Agent grant thereof hereunder, the form of such security confirmatory grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof.

If any United States registration for any Mark xxxistration that is material to its business issues hereafter to any Assignor Assigxxx as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within 30 days of receipt of such certificate, such Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for security Assignment of Security Interest in United States Trademarks and Patents in respect of such Mark, xx to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming xxxxirming the assignment for security in such Mark xx to the Collateral Agent hereunder, the form of such security to be substantially the same as the form hereof.

Future Registered Marks.
